We hire both trained/certified aides and people who are just beginning careers as caregivers. We provide caregiver training. Applicants must have a clean criminal record, the physical ability to provide the services disabled clients need, a friendly personality, and history of reliability.
Our philosophy is to provide caregivers with the training and support they need, and then empower and trust them to provide the services their clients need. While we support clients with supervisor check-ins, we do not micromanage our employees. Instead, because our employees are well chosen and well trained, we respect their ability to establish rapport, trust, and the right working relationship with their clients.
